Yes. In line with Article 50 of EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act), I always tell the client in advance where and how AI will be used in the project.

In the final delivery, AI-generated content is clearly labelled — either directly in the video or image (technical watermarks, credit), or in the accompanying document the client receives with the delivery. The client can then decide how to handle AI content within their own transparency policy.

Client data is processed through paid (enterprise, business or API) accounts of AI tools with an explicit opt-out from model training. Your scripts, photographs and brand materials therefore do not become part of the training data of public models.

• With ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini I use business and API access where, under the provider’s terms, data is not used for training.
• For video and image models I use paid plans with the corresponding settings.
• Brand assets and sensitive materials are kept locally and sent to AI only to the extent necessary.

No. The BlueRed.cz website does not operate any AI system within the meaning of the AI Act — no chatbot, no AI personalisation tools, no automated decision-making about visitors. We only measure basic traffic through Google Analytics (with your consent), with no AI layer attached. If such a tool were deployed in the future, you would find the information right here.
